My name is Allison Gross and I am not just a registered dietitian. I spent my childhood being overweight and personally know what it takes to make weight loss last.

As my professional career took shape, it pained me to see how many people suffered from diet relapse, major weight fluctuations, and the vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting. I created The 4Q Method to end all that.
