MANGO SALSA

This mango salsa takes any Mexican feast to a whole new level! It is sweet, tangy, spicy, and refreshing and is a great way to shake up your traditional salsa. You can pair it with guac for dipping or use it to top your favorite tacos!

Trust us - after trying this recipe, you’re never going to go back to a traditional salsa again! And if you don’t have mangoes on hand, this would be equally delicious with pineapple or peach, so feel free to substitute!

INGREDIENTS: serves 10-12

  • 3 tomatoes, diced

  • 2 mangoes, diced

  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 medium jalapeño, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix!
