We made it to Memorial Day Weekend and we can practically smell summer -- summer Friday’s, long weekend getaways and lots of fun in the sun! But these weekends can be filled with tempting food and alcohol, and if you’re on a weight loss journey, you may feel like you need to choose between fun and weight loss. That is not the case!
